If you’d like a tax receipt letter, e-mail admin@underthestars.org.nz with your full name and address. If you have set up a recurring payment, we will send out a single receipt for the amount received over the financial year at the end of the period.

Donate items

While we need money to buy ingredients and provide other support to our guests, we are always thankful to receive items that will support our guests. These include:

Toiletries - toothbrushes, toothpaste, roll-on deodorant, sanitary items, shampoo, conditioner, soap and razors.
Non-perishable, unopened food items - ring-tab canned food such as tuna or baked beans, instant noodles/soup, chips, crackers, drinks (i.e. up and go), biscuits or sweet ‘treats’.
Milo, coffee, sugar, baking and meal ingredients.
New underwear (range of sizes in both men and women, but especially L-XXL men’s).
Tents, sleeping bags, dog/cat food.
Insect repellent, sunscreen, wet wipes.

You can either bring the items to the hall (45 Cliff Road) any Thursday between 11am and 1pm, or Saturday between 3pm and 5pm. Alternatively please get in touch below.
