In June 2025, Under the Stars partnered with Orange Sky to bring free laundry services directly to our community. For most of us, clean clothes are an afterthought but for people doing it tough, access to laundry and basic hygiene can mean the difference between feeling human and feeling forgotten. Washing your clothes, having a warm shower, and feeling fresh are things many of us never think twice about, yet they are fundamental to dignity, health, and sense of self 🫧

The community Vet project

The Community Vet Project is a small, newly established charity with a simple mission: to improve access to veterinary care for sick or injured animals whose families are facing financial hardship.

Marley from the project will be at the Thursday meal at Cliff Road fortnightly to meet & support you and your pets 🐶

WBO PPrimary Health ORganisation

Every Thursday from 9.30am to 11am a doctor from the WBOP PHO will be availble onsite to discuss any health issues or concerns our guests may have. 🩺

Rollin’ Chase Barber

Rollin' Chase comes every third Thursday and offers free haircuts to any of our guests - no strings, no payment just a good dude full of manaakitanga and aroha!
